- Record and review daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
- Post incoming payments accurately (bank transfers, checks, cash) into the accounting system/ ERP system.
- Monitor and reconcile cash, bank, and POS transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales, Operation and customer service teams to resolve disputes or billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of collections activities and customer communications.
- Track retail revenue, discounts, promotions, and trade spend.
- Receive, review, and verify invoices and payment requests.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, and collection records.
- Support internal and external audit requests related to daily tasks.
- Visit stores & complete bank related tasks on a daily or weekly basis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and local regulations.
- Record all bank transactions in the accounting system accurately and on time.
- Responsible for office safe box & petty cash.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in General/Financial Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Odoo is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
