Job Description

Financial Modeling & Analysis • Develop and maintain complex financial models for real estate, infrastructure, or corporate finance projects. • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risks and financial viability. • Build valuation models (DCF, NPV, IRR, multiples) to support investment decisions. • Optimize existing financial models for improved efficiency and accuracy. Feasibility Studies & Business Case Development • Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, investments, and expansion plans. • Analyze market trends, cost structures, and revenue streams to support decision-making. • Work closely with business units to validate assumptions and inputs. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication • Prepare clear and concise financial reports, presentations, and dashboards. • Collaborate with senior management, finance teams, and external stakeholders (banks, investors, partners). • Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and funding decisions.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting. • CMA, AMF, or FMVA is a plus. • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or corporate finance (preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or financial services). Technical Skills: • Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial functions, VBA, Power Query). • Strong knowledge of financial modeling best practices and valuation methodologies. • Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or financial modeling software is a plus. • Understanding of IFRS/GAAP accounting principles.
