Review all accounting operations related to customer accounts, including invoices, returns, cash collections, receipts, and discounts, through detailed account statement analysis.
Conduct weekly visits and select a sample of customer accounts for reconciliation and verification.
Prepare and submit regular reports detailing audit activities, account discrepancies, root causes, and recommended preventive actions.
Please make the necessary adjustments and reconciliations to align book balances with actual balances, by approved policies, procedures, and contractual agreements with customers.
Reporting & Deliverables:
Weekly Visit Plan
Visit Outcome Reports, including:
· Identified discrepancies and their root causes
· Recommended preventive actions
· Required account reconciliations
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
1– 4 years of proven experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and reporting skills
High attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
