Recording and monitoring all site-related financial transactions.
· Verifying and processing invoices, and payments.
· Preparing accurate site-level financial reports for submission to head office.
· Reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
· Coordinating with procurement, site management, and head office teams.
· Assisting in budget tracking and reporting any variances.
· Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
Job Requirements
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Working hours: 9 hours daily (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
· Days off: 2 days per week.
