Job Description
• Monitor and reconcile inventory balances with accounting records regularly.
• Review and record inventory in/out transactions (issue and receiving vouchers), ensuring they match purchase requests and supply orders.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate physical stock counts and proper documentation.
• Analyze inventory variances, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track inventory movement and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports for finance and senior management.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of inventory control procedures to minimize losses and improve efficiency.
• Participate in scheduled and unscheduled stock counts and follow up on execution.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Solid experience with warehouse operations and inventory modules in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a team environment.
• High level of integrity and commitment to internal controls and inventory accuracy.
