-Review, verify, and process daily invoices with high accuracy.
-Perform account reconciliations and follow up with vendors on outstanding balances.
-Prepare AP reports and support monthly financial closing.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment cycles.
Job Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
-Experience in Facilities Management or related industries is a plus.
-Strong proficiency in accounting systems & Microsoft Excel.
-Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time-management skills.
