Job Description

•Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards. •Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. •Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior management. •Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as tax, VAT, and local financial regulations. •Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering effective performance and professional development of team members. •Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. • Monitor actual performance against budget and suggest corrective actions as necessary. •Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. •Provide financial projections and in-depth analyses to support strategic decision-making. •Oversee the effective functioning of financial systems and ERP software, ensuring data integrity and optimization.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. •+ 8 years of experience / in FMCG industry (Food & Beverages) sector is a must •Proven experience in managing financial operations and reporting for large-scale organizations within the FMCG industry. •CMA / IFRS Certification is a plus. •Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred) •Expertise in Microsoft Office
