- Lead end-to-end AR operations and ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare reports, aging analyses, and cash flow forecasts.
- Mentor and manage a small AR team, setting KPIs and driving performance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support system enhancements.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audits.
-Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Job Requirements
-Seven to eight years of experience in Accounts Receivable or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
-Strong knowledge of AR best practices and metrics.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
-Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
-Fluency in Arabic and English.
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
