Job Description

Review and approve daily accounting entries before final posting, including all entries that flow to the General Ledger (GL). Review and approve monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations performed by the General Accountants. Lead the monthly close process and prepare statutory financial statements by entity and on a consolidated basis. Responsible for monthly financial consolidation treatments. Collaborate with auditors to plan and execute the annual audit process. Serve as the custodian of full compliance and alignment with IFRS accounting standards. Ensure proper records management with high-quality digital documentation. Act as the custodian of Financial Master Data Management (FMDM).

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance Proficient in general ledger systems, business solutions software, and computer applications Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP Proven ability to manage conflict and negotiate effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain highly confidential information with discretion
