Accounts Payable Accountant experienced

Job Description

📌 Review and accurately record suppliers’ invoices in accordance with approved financial procedures. 📌 Perform periodic reconciliations of suppliers’ accounts and resolve discrepancies. 📌 Prepare payment orders and follow up on payment processes. 📌 Efficiently operate ERP systems (Odoo is preferred). 📌 Prepare financial reports and analyses related to accounts payable. 📌 Coordinate with different departments to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

Job Requirements

📌 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting Major. 📌 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within industrial/manufacturing companies. 📌 Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Odoo. 📌 Strong skills in Microsoft Excel. 📌 High level of accuracy, commitment, and ability to work under pressure.
