Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) is Egypt's largest publicly listed Real Estate Developer with a land bank of over 50 million m2. Atrium is a full-scoped General Contractor with services including but not limited to Structural Construction, Architectural Construction, Electromechanical Systems, Interior Fit-Outs as well as Maintenance and Repair Works. Atrium has also invested in an at-risk project management firm, Atrium Project Management (APM), which we believe it will be the leader in the project management industry. We have a track record of delivering some of Egypt's most Prestigious Projects such as The Four Seasons Sharm El-Sheikh Extension Project, The Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza Renovation Project, The Four Seasons Giza at First Residence Nile Boat Project, Mall F Project, Mall A Project at the Open Air Mall of Madinaty, GEMS School Project at Al-Rehab, The Four Seasons Beach Villas Project at San Stefano, Gateway Mall Project at Al-Rehab, Madinaty Clubhouse Project, and Madintay Club Spa Project.
