Track and register all invoices received from business partners including Ericsson, Huawei and Alcatel on Accounts Payables (AP) module related to the Technical book. § Handle all the payments related to Ericsson, Huawei and Alactel. § Prepare reconciliation report with Ericsson, Huawei, and Alcatel regularly and mass addition for Technical book regularly. § Allocate all invoices recorded on AP module related to the Technical book to the correct site. § Prepare monthly reconciliation between AP module, FA module and GL module for the Technical book. § Prepare monthly reconciliation for sites integrated to determine the variances and allocate the matched sites on FA module according to the data received from different departments. § Conduct monthly closing entries required for maintenance, intangible and technical, prepare monthly backup related to (Maintenance – Cell sites) account and perform monthly analysis report for advance payment. § Prepare monthly analysis report for AP Accrual capital expenditure (Capex). § Control advance payment and ensure that all AP invoices related to this advance offset are accurate. § Collect detailed backup related to Fixed Assets division on a monthly basis and prepare annual physical count for the Technical items.
