Job Description

- Follow the established procedures for processing receipts for cash, cheques or card payments received from customers. - Coordinate the timely deposit of received funds into designated bank accounts. - Maintain an up-to-date ledger for notes receivables by accurately recording daily transactions. - Prepare withdrawal requests for various scenarios (cancelation, resale, reschedule, change data, early payment, postponement). - Advise the collection team on bounced cheques and manage redeposit requests. - Monitor and manage requests for postponing down payment cheques upon sales request. - Coordinate with branches to handle and follow up on cheque cases effectively.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. - 1 to 3 years of experience. - Experience in real estate or related industries is preferred. - Proficient use and command of computer (office: word-excel-power-point), internet surfing.
