Assist Partners / Directors in carrying out Valuation & Financial Modelling engagements,
Lead and be part of project teams comprising of colleagues from different competencies,
Coach junior and senior staff in a mix of technical valuations skills, industry knowledge and soft skills,
Conduct market research, economic and industry analysis for valuation and advisory engagements,
Develop complex financial models for valuation and advisory engagements,
Create and present insightful management presentations and valuation reports,
Build a network of peer groups within the firm and externally.
Assist Partners / Directors in external and internal business development.
Job Requirements
6-8 years of experience in business valuation and financial modelling, with a strong track record in complex valuation engagements with a focus on delivering robust financial models.
Professional certification such as CFA, FMVA or Master of Finance.
Relevant work experience in the field of Valuation & Financial Modelling, preferably in Big 4 or other large professional services organizations.
Demonstrated ability to:
effectively manage valuation/ modelling projects and client relationships
maintain high quality and professional standards
market our services and build eminence across the market
make effective presentations to top client management
Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate the team
Strong report writing skills
Proficiency in English is a must
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
