1. Monitor and analyze standard costs and variances, investigate deviations, and prepare reports on findings.
2. Oversee inventory valuation and movement, ensuring alignment with accounting records.
3. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning processes.
4. Ensure proper allocation of manufacturing overhead, labor, and material costs.
5. Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy.
6. Prepare cost reports, profit margin analysis, and key performance indicators for management review.
7. Support internal and external audit processes related to cost accounting.
8. Recommend process improvements to enhance cost tracking, cost control, and inventory monitoring.
9. Analyze product costing and compare actual prices to targets to identify cost reduction opportunities.
10. Monitor production rates and waste levels, suggesting solutions to improve efficiency and minimize losses.
11. Prepare variance analysis reports for material and energy consumption.
12. Assist in pricing new products based on accurate cost data.
13. Regularly update and maintain the cost structure to ensure accuracy.
Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
Advanced proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Professional Certifications:
CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
