Job Description

Manage relationships with banks, negotiate and contract banking facilities to ensure efficient cash flow management. Act as the primary point of contact for all banking-related matters. Collaborate with banks to understand their products, services, and terms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. Prepare and review contracts and agreements with banks, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements. Implement risk mitigation strategies such as hedging mechanisms or financial instruments to minimize exposure to currency, interest rate, and liquidity risks. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting banking relationships and treasury operations. Prepare periodic reports on treasury activities, including cash position, bank reconciliations, and debt-related information. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Ensure accurate and timely recording of treasury transactions in the company’s financial systems. Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and contractual obligations. Assist in internal and external audits related to treasury operations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, major in Accounting 3–5 years of proven experience in treasury management or corporate banking credit sector Previous experience in finance within manufacturing establishments is a plus Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Good command of English language
