Accounting Manager

Job Description

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger reconciliations - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closing processes - Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts - Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial processes and controls - Lead and mentor junior accounting staff for professional development - Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial analysis to facilitate business decisions

Job Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 3 years as accounting manager. - Experience in the FM industry is preferred. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA is a plus) - Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel - Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance regulations - Leadership: Ability to manage and mentor junior accounting staff - Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
