AR Accountant 2–4 years of experience

Job Description

· Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate transaction records. · Monitor collections and follow up with clients for timely payments. · Prepare aging reports and analyze customer balances regularly. · Oversee customer credit limits in coordination with the sales team. · Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or account issues. · Collaborate with the accounting, sales, and customer service teams. · Ensure compliance with accounting policies and local tax regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. · 2–4 years of experience in a similar AR role. · Previous experience in mobile phones or trading/distribution is a plus. · Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills. · Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., ERP). · Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
