Job Description

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Accounting Operations: Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including tax laws. Audits: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and accessible. Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and reporting findings. Supervision: Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance. Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is highly preferred. Skills: Very good command of English Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership and communication skills.
