Revenue Assurance Head

Job Description

Closely monitor stages of revenue (creation a discounts a claiming a customer acknowledgement) Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential revenue leakage. Develop and deliver regular reports on revenue assurance performance, including key metrics and insights. Identify risks of revenue leakage and risks of delays. Design and implement mitigation controls & procedures, as well as corrective actions (corrective and preventive) Reduce the lead-time of “deliver-to-claim” to improve working capital Improve the accuracy of submitted claims to customers/payers to reduce discrepancies, disputes and deductions/delay in revenue Identify opportunities to accelerate revenue collection Ensure data integrity internally and customer data correlations Automate where possible (calculation/review/reporting/etc.) Build strong relations with major customers and payers Engage in transformational projects with key customers to improve revenue cycle and claim submission/review/reconciliation Lead “Go Paperless” projects and digitization initiatives internally and with key customers Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Finance teams to address revenue-related issues and ensure alignment on revenue assurance initiatives. Lead, engage and coach multiple revenue assurance teams Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities. Deliver all results through the teams

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field 15+ years of experience in Revenue Assurance and related functions Strong team-building and relationship building skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven track record of leading successful teams & initiatives Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong understanding of insurance industry trends and best practices preferred
