Integrated Cap Solutions Egypt (ICS Egypt) is a market leader in the Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) closures across Egypt and Africa. Established in 2004, the company was founded with the goal of supporting beverage industry clients through deep expertise and a distinctive understanding of plastic closure manufacturing and capping process. Originally established as Alcoa CSI Egypt in 2004 as part of the plastic closures global market leader (Alcoa CSI), In 2008 the company transitioned to Closure Systems International Egypt (CSI) as part of the transfer of Closure Systems International ownership from Alcoa to Rank Group. By the end of 2023, it became part of Cap Sustainable Solutions (CSS). As of May 2025, ICS Egypt became part of Wisecap® Group as the result of the strategic partnership between the CSS Group—the former sole owner of CSI Egypt—and Wisecap® Group. For over 20 years, ICS Egypt has maintained its position as a market leader, serving all big CSD bottlers in the market, by staying firmly committed to two core principles: delivering exceptional product quality and maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
