Job Description

1- Cost Management & Performance Monitoring – Oversee product costing, control manufacturing costs, track KPIs, and lead cost-saving initiatives. 2- Reporting & Compliance – Ensure accurate financial data, maintain documentation, support audits, and meet internal/external standards. 3- Business Partnership – Collaborate across departments, deliver financial insights, and provide finance training to non-finance teams. 4- Risk Management – Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate risks/opportunities to leadership. 5- Team Development – Train and mentor finance team members to build capability and promote a high-performance culture.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - 10+ years of experience in financial controlling or business finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment - Strong expertise in product costing, financial analysis, forecasting, and operational KPIs. - Strong financial manager, structured and results oriented leader with strong analytical and operational controlling skills. - Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling - Leadership & Team Development. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Change Management. - Solid understanding of compliance, tax, and audit frameworks. - Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint. - Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure - Proficiency in spoken & written English language.
