Job Description

Lead the cost accounting function, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of production costs. Monitor and control cost structures to drive efficiency and maximize profitability. Develop, implement, and maintain standardized cost accounting systems and procedures. Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard costs, identifying key cost drivers and improvement opportunities. Prepare comprehensive reports covering cost trends, inventory valuation, and gross margin analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective cost control initiatives. Ensure adherence to internal policies and external financial regulations. Provide actionable cost insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A recognized professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a strong advantage. Minimum of 12 years of experience in cost accounting, with proven experience in the FMCG sector (mandatory). Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems. Please note: Only candidates with relevant FMCG industry experience will be considered.
