· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA/ACCA certification highly desirable · Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience . · Proven expertise in preparing, analyzing, and validating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements · Demonstrated ability to spearhead month-end and year-end close processes with precision and timeliness · Skilled in general ledger management, account reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting · Experience facilitating internal and external audits ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy · Strong analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational capabilities · Leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop junior accounting personnel.
