Better House for Real-Estate Development and Investment founded in 2013, however real estate industry is not a new activity practiced by our company as we have great experience in the same field since 2006 in Egypt. The founders of the company have already gone a long way in developing and executing a considerable number of projects particularly in the new urban cities, out of which the most important were in EL-Shorouk, New Heliopolis, New Cairo and Fifth Settlement. The company had already achieved great success in implementing more than 150 projects including residential apartments and villas. This was in addition to our commercial and administrative projects represented in Future Mall 1, Future Mall 2, and The Administrative Future Mall, demonstrating the company’s independent entity long time ago. Our main interest is to establish all our projects in the new urban cities to enjoy calm and pure air voiding high population density and at the same time considering a reasonable distance nearby Cairo through the main road networks. We are also keen to provide and satisfy all the residents’ demands that are predominantly luxury, and welfare considering moderation in the cost of living, as we believe in creating a new bright future in the new urban cities. Also, Better house is considered one of the first companies that won the advantage of construction and developing in the New Administrative Capital by taking the initiative to penetrate the real estate market within a wide range of residential and commercial projects. On the residential unit’s level, now we are implementing two residential compounds; the first is Sky Capital located in R7n5 area next to the grand diplomatic district, which is sold out completely, and the second, is Sky Capital View located in R8i3 unique area nearby the Green River. On the commercial level, we are about to start construction in Sky Capital Mall located in R7n5 area and Sky Business Park in one of the best locations in the capital
