Job Description

- Analyze production costs and variances to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Prepare and maintain cost records and reports for various departments. - Collaborate with production, purchasing, and other departments to collect necessary data. - Develop and monitor standard costs for products and services. - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts based on cost analysis. - Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations relevant to the industry. Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in cost accounting or relevant financial analysis roles. - Experience with ERP systems (Odoo) Preferred. - Strong understanding of costing methods and inventory valuation. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
