Job Description

- Analyze production costs and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. - Prepare detailed cost reports and budgets, presenting findings to management for strategic planning. - Monitor inventory levels and valuation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. - Collaborate with production teams to gather data on labor, materials, and overhead costs. - Implement and maintain cost accounting systems and processes in line with industry best practices. - Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts. • Competitive salary package + Quarterly Bonus. • 2 days off per week. • 8 working hours/day (flexible hours). • Social & medical insurance. • A professional and growth-oriented work environment.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role in an accounting environment at least 5 years. - Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial reporting standards. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous ( Odoo system ). - Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
