Job Description

- Leads and coordinates the analysis of internal and external company movements benchmarks, and forecasts future operations trends and impact on the business. - Provides Financial advice and guidance to the operation and supply chain department. - Monitors and develops insight on the quantitative and qualitative performance of the Operation, and communicates this insight through the preparation and delivery of efficient reporting including commentary. - Manage daily operations of the existing cost accounting function from management of current rates to monthly close and analysis. - Analyzes company spending and offers appropriate challenge, while also analyzing and identifying opportunities for top-line growth. - Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all related financial and business processes, measuring and reporting on improvements. - Cooperates in projects within the company, related to Capex and post audits. - Proactive analysis of variances and communication of issues and opportunities to operations management. - Support with line manager in preparing the company's yearly Budget. - Assesses provisions and accrual also confirms and proposes budget changes.

Job Requirements

- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree. - At least (4 : 7) years of experience. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and costing methods. - Proficiency in accounting software. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and reporting abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting - Oracle user is preferred. - Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills. - Costing and budgeting Workshops. - Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
