Job Description

- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles - Coordinate and complete annual audits - Provide recommendations - Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions - Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy - Meet financial accounting objectives - Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions - Supervise daily cost accounting operations and ensure accuracy of cost entries. - Oversee inventory valuation, stock movements, and ensure alignment with accounting records. - Monitor and analyze standard costs and variances; investigate deviations and report findings. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning processes. - Ensure proper allocation of manufacturing overhead, labor, and material costs. - Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure data integrity. - Prepare cost reports, margin analysis, and KPIs for management review. - Support internal and external audits related to cost accounting. - Recommend process improvements to enhance cost tracking and control.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. - CMA is a must. - Minimum 15 years of accounting experience, with a significant portion in the restaurant industry (F & B), raw material manufacturing “industrial experience” - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other financial software. - Proficiency in Oracle ERP is an advantage.
