- Lead the cost control function and manage all cost-related activities across production and operations.
- Develop, monitor, and improve the company’s cost systems to ensure accurate allocation of materials, labor, and overhead.
- Analyze standard vs. actual costs, identify variances, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee material usage, waste levels, and production efficiency in coordination with production and procurement teams.
- Prepare monthly cost performance reports and strategic dashboards for senior management.
- Support pricing decisions for new and existing products through detailed cost and margin analysis.
- Improve inventory costing methods and ensure compliance with accounting and cost standards.
- Implement and optimize ERP cost modules and advanced Excel tools for reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost accounting or cost control.
- At least 3 years of experience within the F&B sector (manufacturing or production).
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and modern cost systems.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cost and variance analysis tools.
- Solid hands-on experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and fluent Arabic.
