Cost Accountant / Cost Control Specialist experienced

Job Description

-Calculate product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead for each recipe or production line. -Analyze cost variances between standard and actual costs and explain deviations. -Coordinate with production and procurement to control material usage and minimize waste. -Prepare monthly cost reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management. -Support new product pricing by providing cost and profitability analysis. -Contribute to inventory valuation and ensure accurate cost allocation in accounting records. -Utilize advanced Excel functions and ERP systems for cost tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. -Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in cost accounting or cost control, preferably in the F&B or manufacturing sector. -Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and cost systems. -Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cost, tax, and variance formulas. -Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). -Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Good command of English and fluent Arabic.
