·Accurately process and record all financial transactions related to after-sales services, including warranty claims, repair costs, and spare parts inventory.
·Input and maintain financial data in the company’s ERP system, generate regular reports, and monitor operational expenses.
·Support the purchase cycle by preparing purchase requisitions, tracking orders, and ensuring proper documentation for all departmental purchases.
·Coordinate with retail branches to reconcile daily sales, manage petty cash transactions, and resolve branch-related financial queries.
·Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets in Excel, perform data analysis, and develop accurate financial reports for management.
·Create professional presentations in PowerPoint for departmental meetings, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
·Assist in internal and external audits by compiling required documents, reconciling records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
·Provide general accounting and administrative support to the after-sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
·Minimum of 3 years in an accounting or finance role; prior experience in retail branch operations is a plus.
·Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
·Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
·Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
