Job Description

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, journals, and financial statements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor reconciliation. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in cash flow records. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards. Support internal and external audits with documentation and schedules. File tax returns and ensure timely payments. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of financial information.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. CPA / CA / CMA / ACCA qualification preferred. Experience: 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (for mid-level roles). Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports. Compliance with statutory and internal audit standards. Efficiency in managing accounts payable/receivable cycles. Quality of financial data and documentation.
