Job Description

-Follow up on collections and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments. -Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies. -Assist in preparing AR aging reports and share updates with management. -Support month-end closing activities and external/internal audits. -Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. -Investigate and resolve customer queries and problems. -Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to system enhancements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in AR Accountant Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Previous experience with Microsoft 365 is a plus.
