Job Description

• Review sales invoices issued by sales representatives (dates, customer name, item models, prices, total, returns, customer signature) • Review daily cash collections with sales representatives and enter transactions into the system • Validate returned item invoices: ensure barcode and pricing accuracy using the ERP system • Issue weekly reports to track sales and collection targets to support incentive calculations • Approve and follow up on instant cash discounts in line with company policies • Review branch expense processes and report to Head Managers • Prepare bank deposits and send daily cash position reports • Participate in periodic inventory counts and ensure accurate stock records

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting) • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the mobile sector is a plus) • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred) • Excellent command of Arabic and English • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
