- Lead and supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely closing of accounts.
- Manage financial planning, reporting, and compliance in line with IFRS.
Oversee CKD/CBU transactions, inventory valuation, and dealership accounting practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, service, parts, logistics) to maintain strong financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, customs duties, and internal audit requirements.
- Prepare management reports and financial statements, providing clear insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Utilize Autoline (ERP) system for financial modules, reporting, and system integration.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and team performance.
- Apply excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities to support business growth.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders while upholding the highest standards of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA certification is a plus).
- 6–8 years of experience in the automotive industry (import, distribution, dealership, or manufacturing).
- Proven expertise in Autoline (ERP) system operations.
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and their practical application.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing accounting teams and improving financial processes.
- In-depth understanding of CKD/CBU transactions, inventory valuation, and dealership accounting practices.
