Job Description

· Handle daily bank transactions, transfers, and settlements. · Prepare and monitor bank reconciliations regularly. · Ensure accurate and timely recording of all bank entries in the accounting system. · Assist in preparing cash flow reports and forecasts. · Support audits by providing relevant banking records and documentation. · Maintain strong relationships with banking partners.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · Minimum of 7 years of experience in bank accounting, preferably within the real estate industry. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Odoo).
