Job Description

-Generate and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and billing schedules. -Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. -Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and unapplied payments. -Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, flagging overdue accounts for escalation. -Perform monthly AR reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities. -Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth payment processes.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. -Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role. -Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices.
