-Lead and manage the accounting operations for facility management projects and services
-Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
-Ensure accurate allocation of costs to properties, contracts, and service lines
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls specific to facility operations
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Oversee AP/AR, general ledger, payroll reconciliation, and vendor payments
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles.
-Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
