Finance Manager

Job Description

- Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. - Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations. - Manage the financial planning process and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. - Ensure strong internal controls, financial policies, and compliance frameworks are implemented and maintained. - Supervise tax compliance (VAT, income tax, withholding) and ensure timely submissions. - Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation and reports. - Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. - Support senior management with financial reports, KPIs, and business performance reviews.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred. - Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, including at least 3–4 years in a managerial position. - Strong knowledge of IFRS, EAS, financial analysis, budgeting, and local tax regulations. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics). - Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
